Here is a quick video on how to calibrate TrackMan (before a session and during a session)
Normally the projector should be turned on before your booking. If the projector is off or not showing image, then you will need to turn the projector on by using the white remote provided at each bay. If you still have issue turn it on, please give us a call.
Firstly, try to close Trackman application and restart the computer. Start the Trackman application again, re-enter the game where you left off and see if the issue still exists. If yes, please call the 24/7 Trackman support number for online support. They will guide you the process to fix the issue. Afterwards, please send us an email with the information. We will follow up and fix things up!
Firstly, you will need to download TM Camera (Orange icon) from your application store. Open the App and click connect to your Trackman. Then it will start searching for our Trackman IO system via Bluetooth. Make sure you select the right bay number to make sure proper connection.
Trackman allows players to play online with other players on the Trackman simulator anywhere in the world! Firstly, you need to add your friend in Trackman App. Then Login your profile and click Online on the home page. You will be able to invite your friend who is login on another Trackman simulator. Set up the game as usual and tee off!
