7 IRON Golf offers a unique indoor golf experience for golf enthusiasts of all levels. Our mission is to provide a state-of-the-art indoor facility where golfers can practice, improve their skills, and enjoy the game they love 24/7, all year around. At 7 IRON, we are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for golfers to connect, learn, and elevate their game. All of our facilities featuring Trackman golf simulators.
7 IRON CUP SEASON 2
NET SERIES REQIURED TRACKMAN HANDICAP
The 7 IRON Golf League is an indoor TrackMan-based competition running from December 2025 through April 2026, featuring 7 regular-season weeks of play leading into the Playoffs in May 2026.

Players will compete weekly across rotating world-class TrackMan courses, earning points toward the season leaderboard. At the end of the regular season, top-ranked players advance to the playoffs to compete for division titles and prizes.

Divisions Include:
• Singles Gross
• Singles Net
• 2-Man Scramble Net
• Family Scramble Net

The league is designed for all skill levels — from seasoned golfers to newcomers looking for friendly competition and winter golf fun.

Each round can be played anytime within the 10 DAY window, offering flexibility and convenience for every participant. All scoring is tracked and verified through the TrackMan system.

BRINGING GOLFERS AND RELATIVES TOGETHER TO PLAY AS A TEAM WITH A CHANCE TO BECOME A CHAMPION. 3 REGULAR SEASON ROUNDS FOLLOWED BY 1 PLAYOFF ROUND IN APRIL. COMPETE FOR IN GAME ALONG WITH SEASON LONG PRIZING EACH ROUND, WHO WILL BECOME THE FIRST EVER FAMILY SCRAMBLE CHAMPION?
How to Get Your TrackMan Handicap
Since scoring for the Scramble format is Net-based, please ensure both teammates have an active TrackMan Handicap. If you don’t have one yet, here’s the simplest way to set it up:
How to generate your TrackMan Handicap:

Log into your TrackMan account

Play one full round of 9 or 18 holes in Virtual Golf

No mulligans for the full round
-
Gimme distance of 12ft (3.7m) or less
-
Standard stroke-play format (not scramble or partial round)

Once completed, TrackMan will automatically generate your handicap

Check it anytime in the TrackMan app or Performance Studio
If your handicap is already established — perfect! You’re ready to go.
