BOOKING FAQs:

All bookings are done on our website. Choose the venue you want to book, select your preferred bay and time slot. Make payment with your credit card and you will receive booking confirmation. You can make bookings 2 weeks in advance.

Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with details. A separate access email with entry code will be sent to you 15 minute prior your booking time.

Simulator and projector will be on when your booking time starts. You would need to enter your Trackman Session Code to unlock the screen. The screen will be locked when your booking time is up.

You can extend or book extra time by making a new booking online through your phone. After booking is made you will receive a new code to unlock the screen to continue your game.

Typically, 18 holes of play can be completed within an hour by 1 player.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance for a credit. We are not able to refund or re-schedule any bookings within 24 hours notice. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

Yes, please bring your own clubs.

Sorry we currently don’t offer this service.

Yes, golf balls and tees will be provided. However, feel free to use your own ones if you want. Please do not use any golf ball that is dirty or have heave marks on.
