HANDLE IT YOURSELF

#1. Open Trackman computer door (Facing you bottom right side, push or swing outwards). 

#2. Press & Hold the Power button until the computer shuts down. (Power Button is located at the top right of the PC.)

#3. Click Power Again (Now Wait)

#4. Open the Trackman App on the Desktop (Orange TPS Icon)

#5. Wait for Trackman Configuring Process and Allow the TM to reset to the Passcode screen. Enter your 4-Digit Code

TRACKMAN CALIBRATION

Notice your Trackman isn't Working correctly, or if offline? Before calling support try this.

#1. Pick up a White/Black Calibration Board (Each Facility has 2-3 out in the Bay areas for customers to use). 

#2. Click the Trackman Logo at the bottom of the computer monitor. 

#3. Hold the board against the big screen projector screen (Picture below) with the arrow pointed up at shoulder height or higher.  

#4. If you see a green bar at the top of the screen. Click continue to compete.

LATE NIGHT PLAN B

If you are using the facility during off-hours, there may be a delay in reaching support. If another bay is available , feel free to book the open working bay and continue your golf instead of waiting for Trackman.

Please contact us the next day via email regarding the situation and use of Plan B. We will refund the unused portion of your original booking!
